My design philosophy
My design philosophy revolves around crafting intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable designs that prioritize the needs of the end-user. I believe that true design excellence stems from a deep understanding of user perspectives and experiences. I immerse myself in user research to gain insights into their pain points, aspirations, and behaviors, ensuring that my designs align with their needs and expectations.
Design is a Form of Care
My passion for design is deeply rooted in my background as a pharmacist. I've witnessed firsthand the impact that design can have on people's lives, from the joy of using a well-designed product to the potential harm caused by poorly conceived designs. A near-death incident for a patient due to a wrongly designed label instilled in me a profound sense of responsibility as a designer. I believe that design is a form of care, and I'm committed to creating products that not only enhance user experiences but also ensure their safety and well-being.

I thrive in collaborative environments, where I can learn from diverse perspectives and expertise. I enjoy brainstorming with internal and external stakeholders to manage diverse interests, fostering a shared vision that leads to impactful design solutions. As a lifelong learner, I'm constantly seeking opportunities to expand my skillset and stay abreast of design trends. I believe that design is an evolving field, and continuous learning is essential for crafting truly innovative solutions.
The Evolution of My Design Career
I spearhead the ongoing optimization of the Guusto website, leveraging data insights and user feedback to refine and enhance the web experience. Notably, my efforts have yielded measurable successes, including a remarkable 30% increase in INP score and a significant 20% boost in organic traffic.
Developed creative solutions including landing pages, social media content, email marketing newsletters, ad banners and other digital brand assets.
Prepared print-ready files for production and maintain an organized file repository of approved brand assets and production files on the company drive.
Additionally, I presented design concepts for stakeholder review meetings and participated in focus groups to create exceptional designs.
I also meticulously veted, reviewed and dispensed prescriptions and medication orders, ensuring accuracy, safety, and adherence to protocols. I provided crucial clinical consultation to patients and healthcare professionals, optimizing medication therapy, participating in rounds, and enhancing patient understanding and compliance.
